In 2017, a 100% stake was acquired in the IT company Computron. Various non-core activities were sold, divested and corporatized. These changes made Computron a lean managed services provider that could serve as a platform company for a buy-and-build strategy.

In 2015, Microsoft launched the cloud subscription model, prompting Spinpanel to develop a platform for MSPs to fully automate cloud solutions. Thanks to its rapid growth and advanced software, Spinpanel was successfully sold to a publicly traded company.
Univentio
Restructuring & growth
Univentio offers global patent data by combining information from over 100 patent offices. The company was in financial trouble when we first got involved. Thanks to restructuring and digitalization, it quickly became profitable. After 4 years, it was sold to Reed (AEX).
PIM
Founder & Growth
Primary Investment Management (PIM) manages a EUR 300 million fund that invests in agricultural land in Eastern Europe. Through sale & leaseback, capital is freed up for the farmer. PIM improves yield per hectare and increases the value of the land. It was sold to Rabobank.
