Erik Limpens

Erik Limpens has gained up his expertise as a lawyer-partner at renowned (international) law firms in the field of M&A/Private Equity transactions, financing and corporate governance. During his legal career of more than 30 years, Erik has assisted numerous clients, ranging from SMEs to listed companies, in the purchase, sale and financing of their companies. He is currently active in these areas of law as an independent (legal) advisor.
