Monique Delsink
Monique Delsink is an entrepreneur with a marketing and communications background. After her studies, she gained years of experience in the corporate world, including working as a product manager for the Evian (Danone) brand.
In 2006, she took the step towards entrepreneurship by becoming co-owner of a labor health and safety service. Under her leadership, the company grew into a successful, innovative and profitable service organization within ten years. In 2016 she sold the company to a private equity party, because she wanted to follow her own path with new ambitions. After this exit, she wrote the book “Exit Happiness” about ‘making your organization ready for an exit’, with a focus on how you can start creating value in the present, anticipating a sale of your company in the future. She gives lectures on this subject and advises entrepreneurs with her own practical tools, insights and hands-on mentality. She not only has an eye for all business aspects, but also the personal side of entrepreneurship. More information can be found on the website www.verkoopgeluk.nl
As a member of the Supervisory Board, she is also closely involved with Startup Nijmegen. to guide starting entrepreneurs to the next phase and with the Vierdaagsefeesten Foundation (Nijmegen).
