Primary Investment Management (PIM) is an investment manager overseeing a EUR 300 million fund that invests in agricultural land, primarily in Eastern Europe. Through sale & leaseback structures, capital is freed up for the farmer, creating room for further investment. PIM also provides expertise and technology, significantly improving yield per hectare, enhancing the farmer’s income, and increasing the land’s value. Ultimately, the investment manager was sold to Rabobank.
