Solipsis

In 2017, a 100% stake was acquired in the IT company Computron. Various non-core activities were sold, divested and corporatized. These changes made Computron a lean and mean managed services provider that could serve as a platform company for a buy-and-build strategy.

A 100% interest in Computron was acquired in 2017. Together with the management team, it was decided to focus more on the core business. The choice is Microsoft’s technology stack, and the services will be extensively standardized and automated.

Various non-core activities were sold, divested and corporatized. These changes made Computron a lean and mean managed services provider that could serve as a platform company for a buy-and-build strategy.

In 2020, we became involved in Computron as a shareholder. In 2021, we bought Solipsis Managed Services. Almost immediately after the acquisition, Computron and Solipsis were fully integrated and chose to continue under the Solipsis name.

After six months, the integration was complete and Solipsis was healthy and profitable again. Because of its deep knowledge of the Microsoft platform, Solipsis was approached by several parties in 2022, leading to the sale of TechOne, an investment company.
