In 2015, Microsoft introduced the new cloud subscription model. Spinpanel decided to create a software platform that would allow managed services providers to fully automate their cloud solutions. Due to its rapid growth and high-end software platform, Spinpanel was successfully sold to a publicly traded company.

In 2019, Spinpanel merged with Cloudscanner and rapid growth followed in the Netherlands, with strategic clients such as KPN and further international expansion with an office in Canada. In 2022, all shares were sold to NYSE-listed company N-able.
