Univentio is a global provider of patent data by combining data from patent offices in over 100 countries worldwide. When we got involved, the company was facing significant challenges. Through restructuring, strategic reorientation, and a major digital transformation, the company quickly became profitable, followed by autonomous international growth. After 4 years, the company was sold to Reed, listed on the AEX stock exchange.
