After several discussions, we take a 40% stake in the company, providing much-needed financing. At the same time, we are starting a restructuring of the entire group (internationally) so that a positive cash flow situation is quickly achieved. The foundation has been laid.<\/p>\n

However, for faster growth and gaining a stronger market position, engaging data expertise is necessary. We want to deliver top quality. A specialist is recruited from our network to manage the developers full-time and set up the databases, thus ensuring fast and continuous delivery of information – worldwide. After 1.5 years, this pays off handsomely, as growth accelerates and the company realizes an ebitda margin of nearly 50%….<\/p>\n
